About Jennifer Seguel
She began her professional career at the University of Málaga, where she graduated with a degree in Psychology, specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy. She later complemented her studies with a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology. After working for several years in the field of child psychology, she decided to redirect her career towards Human Resources, training at the University of the Basque Country and gaining experience in both national and international companies such as Eroski, Veolia, and Factorial.
She currently works as Head of People & Culture at Cloudworks, where she leads the HR strategy, focusing on operational aspects, talent management, professional development, engagement, and culture.
